We offer live events via in-person and webinars. When we sponsor an event, registration occurs in Webex.

Event Registration

The table below contains live events sponsored by us and other contractors. When another contractor is taking registration, we note this under the title.

We offer some webinars twice a day. Use the time column to register for your preferred time slot. After completing the Webex registration form, you will receive a Webex confirmation email. The email allows you to add the event to your calendar. The calendar entry includes the link to join the webinar. Verify your system adds the course to your calendar in your time zone.

Course Material

Course material is available no later than five days before the live event in Webex for WPS hosted events. A link to the course material is available in the Materials column below and in the reminder emails.

Stay up to date by viewing our Timely Topics document. We update this document quarterly.

We are currently in the process of adding presentations for you to download. If the presentation you want is not available, check back weekly.

Pre-Event Questions

Submit questions related to the event topic to wps.gha.education@wpsic.com. In the subject line include the event name and date.

We will do our best to address the questions during the event. If we are unable to address the question live, we will email you.

Post-Event Questions

Submit questions related to the event topic to wps.gha.education@wpsic.com. In the subject line include the event name and date.

To address the information, we will:

• Post a follow-up document on the Encore Presentations page

• Email you a response

• Email the attendees with the question and response

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

WPS sends a follow-up email containing a certificate. Allow us two business days after the live event to send the email.

Medicare Day of Learning (MDL)

The Medicare Day of Learning (MDL) events are our most popular and well attended events. The MDL is a multi-session single day event. The multi-sessions allow you to choose your own daily learning path. Our Provider Outreach and Education (POE) staff presents the content.
